APPOINTMENTS & GUIDELINES:

• Massage and all body and skin care treatments are available daily.
• Advance reservations are recommended.
• A credit card is required to guarantee your appointment.
• Gender specification requests for male or female providers will be taken into consideration based on availability.
• When making your reservation, please notify us of any medical condition or special needs.
• Heat treatments are not recommended for pregnant women or for persons with high blood pressure or a heart condition.
• Please arrive at the spa desk at least 15 minutes early for your appointment or 30 minutes if you plan to use the co-ed sauna.
• The consumption of alcohol before, during or directly after spa treatments is not recommended.
• Spa patrons must be at least 18 years of age.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please notify of us any changes or cancellations at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so that time secured for you may be made available to another patron.

Cancellations within 48 hours, or no-shows, will be charged the full amount of each scheduled treatment.

HOTEL POOL ACCESS:

Use of the hotel swimming pool and outdoor Jacuzzi is limited to hotel guests and spa patrons having treatments of a minimum of 50 minutes.

GROUP BOOKINGS:

The spa accepts reservations for groups of 5 or more. For parties of 6 or more a group booking agreement is required. See our Spa Package page for group package offers. Group bookings require payment on one credit card and a 20% gratuity charge will apply.

GRATUITIES:

Treatment prices do not include a service fee. Gratuities are customary and at the patrons discretion, and always appreciated.

GIFT CERTIFICATES:

Gift Certificates are available for any dollar amount. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
